We stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund under the guidelines outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Unopened Products: Any unopened, sealed products in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery.

Opened Products (Taste Guarantee): We want you to try our products with confidence. If you tried a product and genuinely disliked the flavor or experienced an issue, please contact us. While we cannot accept physical returns of opened consumables for safety and biohazard reasons, we may offer a one-time replacement flavor or store credit at our discretion.
